Privacy

We collect only what you enter to book time or work with us, and we use it only to do what you asked. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

On the free coaching page we set two first-party cookies: a random ID and the version of the page you were shown. We use them to count, without knowing who you are, how far visitors read and whether they book, so the page can improve. They contain no personal information and are never shared.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except as needed to deliver what you asked for. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@massiveforge.com and we'll take care of it.

Terms

The free coaching hour is free: no card, no obligation.

Paid work runs on one schedule, and your foundation is built by month six.

You own what we build from day one, and it runs on your own accounts.

Through month six, we credit your bill for its running costs. After that, they are yours.

Our ongoing support includes access to your system's machinery, so we can keep it healthy. You can see that access and revoke it, and private data can be kept separate.

The price, the payment options and the full terms of any paid engagement are in the agreement we both sign. Anything not covered here, just ask.

Accessibility

We build for everyone. Our sites ship a reduced-motion fallback and aim for WCAG-AA color contrast and full keyboard navigation.
